When will your T-Shirt be dispatched?
All T-Shirts are printed to order & dispatched by independant UK company Inkthreadable. Turnaround time is 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, i'll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.
How are the T-Shirts shipped?
Depending on the size of the order, T-Shirts are shipped by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL.
The packaging for T-Shirts is all eco-friendly & plastic-free :)

*Due to new GPSR legislation I am unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at present, however I am looking into a workaround for this.

What if your order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. I cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. Once this time has passed, drop me an email on [email protected] and I will investigate for you!

RETURNS
Can you return your T-Shirt if it's not right?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item I'm afraid I can't accept returns or exchanges.
What do you do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen.
Just drop me an email to [email protected] with a photo and description of the fault and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
